Shipping Policy

Where do you ship to?

We ship to states in the US that allow the sale of smokable hemp and delta 8 products. We do not ship internationally at the moment. 

When should I expect my package?

It all depends on how quickly you’ve chosen for shipping. It takes 2-3 business days for us to process your order and send it out. We fulfill on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and any orders placed on the weekend will be fulfilled the following Monday. After that, it all depends on how fast the planes fly and the trucks drive. It usually takes within 3-5 business days after we ship it out, unless you choose for it be faster. Free shipping only applies to orders in the United States. 

Can I cancel my order? 

We’re always working to get you your smokes as fast as possible, so we don’t accept any changes or cancellations once an order has been processed.

Returns and Refund Policy 

If something is wrong, we’ll make it right. We want nothing more than to ensure you’re 110% satisfied. You may only return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, however, we do ask that you pay shipping for these returns. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, you will receive your money much more quickly in many cases. This time period allows for the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), as well as the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
